The consent holder shall ensure that:(a) No machinery leaking fuel, lubricants, hydraulic fluids or solvents shall work within a watercourse;(b) The storage of fuel and contaminants adjacent to a watercourse does not result in any fuel or contaminants entering water;c) Contaminants, including but not limited to oil, hydraulic fluid, petrol, diesel and other fuels and lubricants, but excluding sediment are not released to water in a watercourse or to any stormwater channel that may enter a watercourse. |

| Condition Description: |
The consent holder shall place warning signs at the two key access points to the Rotoaira Channel and at the confluence of the Rotoaira Channel and Lake Rotoaira. The signs shall warn of the dredging operation and shall be clearly legible at a minimum of 50 metres away. The signs shall be in place prior to any works being undertaken and shall be removed at the completion of the dredging operation. |
