| Condition Description: |
The consent holder shall ensure that:(a) No machinery leaking fuel, lubricants, hydraulic fluids or solvents shall work within a watercourse;(b) The storage of fuel and contaminants adjacent to a watercourse does not result in any fuel or contaminants entering water;(c) Contaminants, including but not limited to oil, hydraulic fluid, petrol, diesel and other fuels and lubricants, but excluding sediment are not released to water in a watercourse or to any stormwater channel that may enter a watercourse. |
