| Condition Description: |
Except where directed by any other condition of this consent, the activities authorised by this consent shall be undertaken in accordance with the following documents:
i) Logging Industry Research Organisation New Zealand Forest Code of Practice, Second Edition, June 1993 ("LIRO") with the exception of Section 6.6.7 C, D and E - Stream Crossing (temporary) on pages 83 and 84 of LIRO, ii) Environment Waikato's Technical Publication No. 1995/8 "Design Guidelines for Earthworks, Tracking and Crossings", September 1995 and any subsequent update of that document. iii) Fletcher Challenge Forests Environmental Management System - Forest Operations, Harvesting and Log Manufacturing February 2000. |

| Condition Description: |
There shall be no destruction of indigenous vegetation on previously unstocked land exceeding one hectare in area.Practice Note:For the purpose of condition 8., 'indigenous vegetation' means species naturally occurring in New Zealand which are capable of growing to a diameter at breast height of greater than 30 centimetres but excluding indigenous vegetation which is growing beneath plantation forest. |

| Condition Description: |
The consent holder shall undertake post harvest audits to assess compliance with the conditions of this resource consent against not less than 25% of the operations authorised by this consent. Such audits shall be undertaken within 40 working days of harvesting being completed within each operational area and audit records shall be maintained for a minimum of two years (once completed) to be made available for inspection by Waikato Regional Council staff upon request, unless otherwise authorised by the Waikato Regional Council in writing. |
